This week I’ve read through about 15 histories of philosophy… several of them were from Germany and France, and one of them was even from Spain. Then there’s the English and American versions… all of them neglect the history of women in philosophy. I’ll work through all the rest that TCU has on the topic later this week. Would you believe it… they have a whole wall of books on the history of philosophy at the library just for me to pore through!

And there are two bibliographies on the history of women in philosophy… I had to request them by interlibrary loan. I suspect they will be quite thin, as I have found only two monographs on the subject.
